Dr. Karin Martin is a Multilingual Competence Specialist with over a decade of experience at the intersection of language, education, and organizational development. Her career has spanned diverse settings, from supporting multilingual families and training educators, to consulting with institutions and speaking at international conferences.
In 2023–2024, she embarked on a global journey that took her across continents, where she witnessed firsthand how language affects power dynamics, professional inclusion, and leadership potential. This experience profoundly shaped her belief that language must be considered a key factor in any conversation about diversity, equity, and inclusion.
The Language Factor was born from this vision: to ensure that language is not a barrier but a bridge in global workplaces. She helps companies recognize and respond to the hidden linguistic challenges their teams face, and turn them into opportunities for growth, collaboration, and innovation.
